Didnt eat breakfast
The room i stayed in #116 the one light on wall didnt work, the phone in room didnt work and the coffee pot was also broke.

The hotel's location was marvellous and easy, really close to local shopping centers and all shopping facilities. It also was close to everything.

My kids wished for more variety at breakfast. While the selection was good, having a few different options could keep things exciting for families.

The room had plenty of space and had an adequate frig and microwave.
The bed was too soft and unsupportive, so we tried the couch pull-out and the sheets were full of brown crumbs and goodness knows what else (yuck). The overall look of the walls and baseboards were unkempt to put it kindly.

Found some killer pizza joints nearby that were absolute game changers! Plus, the bed was super comfy that culinary exploration. Don't forget about the pet-friendly vibes, which I totally appreciated!
The whole vibe felt a bit off with trash and cigarette butts in the hallways. And let's be real, those ripped chairs and that lingering pot smell.

The room was very comfortable.
They offer "free" breakfast, but having cereal but no milk, toppings for toast with no bread & empty juice machines don't make much of a breakfast. I had coffee & an apple.

Very comfortable bed
The floor in front of bathroom was very wet!! Water was turned off on second day with no warning! No coffee in room to fix, no cream rinse, I forgot mine. Very unexpected trip, death in the family

The queen room was comfy and the beds felt great. The towels were decent, nothing to complain about. I loved that I could pull right up to the room for easy unloading. Breakfast was a hit with the kids-fresh fruit and granola bars. It was nice.

The staff was okay.
The non-smoking room smelled of smoke. My allergies are acting up so bad from it. The TV would only stay on high and it was so loud I put a rag infront of the speaker so I could watch it for about an hr. The Bed was so used there was dips on the sides and the bed in the middle was raised up so high, the springs road your side, back ect. I didnt sleep well at all because of how horrible the bed was and road noise was very loud. The heater thermostat didnt work you either froze or burnt up. The shower curtain had black stuff all over it I assume it was dirt, there was pubic hair all in the shower and all over the toliet. This is the most disgusting place I have ever stayed in, I will not be back and will tell others about my experience.
